Jennifer is an 800 hr Yoga Therapist, fusion bellydancer, and sound healing facilitator. After many years in a high stress career she has found these activities to be forms of healing, stress relief, and self-expression. Jennifer has performed in many large scale shows including DAMNED, Theatre Bizarre, and TedXDetroit.  Her most recent project is participating in the dialects.dance learning platform which launched 12/21/25. Through her performances and classes she enjoys sharing the practices that have helped her to lead a healthier, more balanced life and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
